Autonomía y sociedad

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende analizar el principio de autonomía en la sociedad actual de España, regulada por la ley 41/2002. Definiendo el contexto legal, el contexto deontológico y la evolución conceptual del principio de autonomía. Con este objetivo, pretendemos mostrar que los dilemas éticos presentes en la praxis diaria asistencial, son difícilmente regulables a nivel legal, llevando a grandes dificultades a una resolución legal satisfactoria tanto para pacientes y profesionales sanitarios.

This work the beginning of autonomy tries to analyze in the current company of Spain, regulated by the law 41/2002. Defining the legal context, the ethical context and the conceptual evolution of the beginning of autonomy. With this objective, we try to show that the ethical present dilemmas in the daily welfare practice, are difficultly adjustable to legal level, leading to big difficulties to a legal satisfactory resolution so much for patients and sanitary professionals.
