Proyecto de guía de práctica clínica para la prevención y tratamiento de las secuelas motoras en pacientes hemipléjicos diagnosticados de accidente cerebrovascular

Abstract

Los accidentes cerebrovasculares(ACV) son un problema de salud de gran importancia para la sociedad ya que repercute notablemente en las personas que los padecen, provocando limitaciones en las actividades de la vida diaria, así como problemas en el entorno socioeconómico de dicha persona y del Sistema Sanitario. A través de un trabajo de búsqueda, se observa que durante esta última década la incidencia de estas patologías en jóvenes ha aumentado considerablemente. Dado que dichas patologías pueden llegar a tener repercusiones y formar secuelas hasta llegar a ser incapacitantes, se considera conveniente conseguir una guía estandarizada de actuación para enfermería, integrando así conocimientos de fisioterapia. De esta manera, aprovechar la cercanía y el contacto continuo de enfermería con el enfermo desde las primeras horas sustanciales tras el ACV y las técnicas de la fisioterapia, para iniciar desde el primer minuto el control postural y la movilización pasiva que permita que el paciente pueda recuperar la mayor autonomía posible en el momento del alta. El objetivo de este proyecto es la elaboración de una guía clínica que permita al personal de enfermería poder realizar una buen manejo postural para pacientes con ACV, para mejorar su calidad de vida y favorecer una recuperación de las secuelas, potenciando su autonomía. Para la elaboración del siguiente proyecto, se ha utilizado una metodología de búsqueda bibliográfica avanzada mediante bases de datos como Elsiever, SciELO, ENFISPO, IBECS, Guiasalud, Cochrane y Pubmed. Para agilizar y facilitar el trabajo, también se ha hecho uso del gestor bibliográfico ENdnote.

The cerebrovascular events are a health problem of great importance for society as they affect considerably people who suffer them, causing limitations on their daily lives, as well as problems on their socio-economic environment of such person. Though our research on this subject, we have been able to observe that during this last decade the impact of this disease on young people has increased significantly. These diseases can have repercussions and these even can develop in incapacitating effects for the patient; this is the reason why we consider advisable the achievement of a standardized guide of intervention for nursery, thus, integrating resources from physiotherapy. By doing so, we could take profit from the close and constant contact of nursery department with the patient from the very first crucial hours following the AVC and the physiotherapy techniques, in order to start from the very first minute the postural control and the passive moves; this will allow the patient to recover the maximum autonomy as possible by the time of discharge. The aim of this project is the elaboration of a clinical guide that will make possible for the nursery staff to improve their approach to the postural condition of patients with AVC, in order to improve their life quality and to assist a recovery of the effects, enhancing their autonomy. To prepare the next project, it has been used a methodology for advanced literature search using databases like Elsiever, SciELO, ENFISPO, IBECS, Guiasalud, Pubmed and Cochrane. To expedite and facilitate the work, has also made use of the EndNote library manager.
