Projecte de Guia Pràctica Clínica de Prevenció i Actuació infermera en Víctimes d’Allaus

Abstract

Cada temporada hivernal hi ha accidents mortals als Pirineus relacionades amb allaus de neu. Les allaus conformen un dels majors perills davant les persones que fan activitats a l’alta muntanya hivernal. Una vegada immers en una allau, hi ha casos on la víctima pot sortir totalment il·lesa, però en general es poc probable, així que el primordial serà intentar evitar-les. Les possibilitats de supervivència depenen del temps que es tardi en ser desenterrat. Les morts es produeixen a més, pels traumatismes d’impacte, per asfixia i per hipotèrmia. Una vegada alliberades les víctimes s’ha de començar a aplicar els primers auxilis i a combatre la hipotèrmia. Pel que és important que els infermers i infermeres que treballen en el rescat de víctimes d’allau sàpiguen com actuar d’una forma ràpida i efectiva tenint en compte la multiplicitat de factors que esdevenen en aquest tipus de situació, minimitzant els errors humans i les situacions de gran risc. Desprès de la cerca bibliogràfica realitzada s’observa la necessitat d’una major educació, divulgació i informació a tota aquella persona que realitzi una activitat a l’alta muntanya hivernal. Per així minimitzar els accidents i les víctimes mortals. A més, es troba una mancança en un pla d’actuació en emergències d’allau a Catalunya i es troba la necessitat de creació d’una Guia de Pràctica Clínica, estandarditzada, segons l’evidència científica, on es reculli l’actuació del personal sanitari davant les víctimes d’allau.

Each winter season deathly accidents related with snow avalanches happen in the Pyrenees. One of the biggest risks that people who perform high mountain winter activities have to face are the snowslides. Once inside the avalanche there are cases of people that come out totally uninjured, but these ones are quite unlikely to happen and because of that it is essential to avoid them. The survival chances depend on the time that takes to be unburied. Deaths are also produced by impact traumas, suffocating and hypothermia. Once that the victim is released first aid cares has to be applied together with fighting hypothermia. Because of that, it is very important that the nurses working in the rescue of avalanches know how to act fast and efficiently taking in account the multiple factors that happens in this kind of situations, minimizing human mistakes and any danger situation. Once that the bibliographic search was done, it can be concluded that there is a need of a higher education, spreading and information delivery to those who made any activity in high mountains during winter time to minimize accidents and deaths. In addition, a lack of an acting plan in avalanches emergencies in Catalonia has being found, together with the need of the creation of a Practical Clinical Guidelines, standardized according to scientific evidence, where the ways of acting of the sanitary staff is gather.
