Avaluació general de la postura en fisioteràpia centrada en el pacient adult amb lumbàlgia crònica inespecífica; tractament mitjançant el Mètode Feldenkrais

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓ: el present estudi pretén aportar un enfocament alternatiu de la lumbàlgia crònica inespecífica dins del camp de la fisioteràpia. Es revisa l’estat del coneixement actual sobre la patologia en subjectes adults. S’investiga quin és el paper de la postura en aquest assumpte i com s’executa un anàlisi general d’aquesta en fisioteràpia. També s’examina perquè teràpies com el Mètode Feldenkrais, que actua tan a nivell físic com a nivell emocional, són capaces d’aportar beneficis més consistents. Per últim, es planteja una forma de tractament mitjançant aquest mètode. OBJECTIUS: avaluar la importància de la postura en individus adults amb lumbàlgia crònica inespecífica. RESULTATS – PLA D’ACTUACIÓ: per avaluar de forma general la postura dels individus amb aquesta condició és necessària la realització d’un anamnesi extens, la descripció de la postura i una història integradora. A continuació es classifica els pacients segons la postura que toleren millor i la que és més còmode per ells/es per tal de garantir l’eficàcia del posterior tractament amb el Mètode Feldenkrais, el qual consisteix en quatre sessions d’exercicis físics combinades amb una sèrie de pautes per a realitzar a domicili. CONCLUSIONS: segons la bibliografia investigada, la lumbàlgia crònica inespecífica és una patologia de causa multifactorial, per tant, pensem que l’enfocament general que proposa aquest pla diagnòstic i terapèutic és una opció a tenir en compte.

INTRODUCTION: this study wants to show an alternative view of non-specific chronic low back pain from the physical therapy field. We revise the present state of knowledge about the pathology in adult subjects. We investigate which is the role of the posture in this matter and how we can do a general analysis of it in physical therapy terms. Also, we examine why therapies like the Feldenkrais Method, which acts in both physical and emotional levels, are capable to provide more consistent advantages and finally, we suggest a way to treat patients using this method. OBJECTIVES: to evaluate the importance of the posture in adult subjects with non-specific chronic low back pain. RESULTS – ATION PLAN: to evaluate the posture of these patients in a general way it is required the development of an extensive anamnesis, the description of the posture and build a conciliatory history. Then the patients are classified according to the posture that they tolerate better and is more comfortable for them in order to guarantee the efficiency of the following treatment with the Feldenkrais Method, which consists in four sessions of physical exercises mixed with some patterns to carry out at home. CONCLUSIONS: according to the bibliography, non-specific chronic low back pain is a multifactorial cause pathology, so we think the general view that is proposed in the diagnostic and therapeutic plan is a good option to keep in mind.
