Revisión Bibliográfica sobre La Actuación de Enfermería frente a la Depresión en personas con Fibromialgia

Abstract

La realización de este trabajo se basa en la revisión de la literatura que existe acerca de la actuación de enfermería frente a la depresión en personas con Fibromialgia. Ambas patologías afectan a millones de personas y actualmente, la causa de la fibromialgia es desconocida, por lo que se ha decidido conocer hasta la fecha las actuaciones de enfermería destinadas a éstas dos patologías. Los objetivos marcados para ésta revisión es, demostrar mediante evidencia científica las mejores prácticas de enfermería frente a la depresión en la patología de fibromialgia. La metodología utilizada ha sido mediante la selección de 20 artículos en las bases de datos SciELO, Elsevier, PubMed y Dialnet. También se ha utilizado como motor de búsqueda Google Académico. Necesario contar con la ayuda de varios sitios web. A modo de conclusión, se destaca que enfermería debe centrarse en el control de síntomas, para generar un aumento de calidad de vida. Se evidencia como la educación sanitaria refleja una disminución de los signos y síntomas depresivos y ansiosos. Los planes de cuidados establecidos por la taxonomía NANDA generan una mejora en la salud de estos pacientes.

The achievement of this work is based on the review of the literature that exists about the infirmary intervention opposite to the depression in persons with Fibromyalgia. Both pathologies affect million persons and at present, the cause of the fibromyalgia is unknown, by what it has been decided to know up to the date the intervention of infirmary destined to these two pathologies. The objective marked for this review is, to demonstrate by means of scientific evidence the best infirmary practices opposite to the depression in the fibromyalgia pathology. The used methodology has been by means of the selection of 20 articles in the databases SciELO, Elsevier, PubMed and Dialnet. Also Academic Google has been used like search engine. Needed the help of websites. As conclusion, one emphasizes that infirmary should to focus on the symptoms control, to generate a quality of life increase. It is demonstrated as the health education reflects a decrease of the signs and depressive and anxious symptoms. The care plan established by the taxonomy NANDA generates a progress in the health of these patients.
