FISIOTIC: Protocolo de ejercicios domiciliarios para la inestabilidad anterior de hombro operado

Abstract

El hombro es la articulación con mayor movilidad del cuerpo humano y también la más predispuesta a la luxación. En este trabajo vamos a ver cómo funciona el hombro, así como el concepto de inestabilidad, tipos de intervenciones quirúrgicas y vías de tratamiento postoperatorio. Alrededor del 50% de la población que se luxa, lo hace de esta articulación. Es por eso, que el objetivo de este trabajo es contribuir en la rehabilitación fisioterapéutica postoperatoria con la finalidad de hacerla más efectiva y reducir las caídas o recidivas. Nuestro objetivo en este proyecto es revisar la bibliografía publicada en los últimos años y confeccionar un protocolo de ejercicios domiciliarios para que el paciente operado por inestabilidad de hombro tenga acceso a ellos mediante una App para móviles y tabletas. El hecho de combinar los últimos avances tecnológicos con el conocimiento y la práctica fisioterapéutica hace que se abran nuevas puertas de formas de tratamiento. Creemos que es un paso adelante en el proceso de rehabilitación y va a ser de gran utilidad para los pacientes. The shoulder is the joint with most mobility of the human body and also the most predisposed to dislocation. In this project we will see how the shoulder works, as well as the concept of instability, types of surgical interventions and routes of postoperative treatment. That is why the aim of this plan is to contribute to postoperative physiotherapeutic rehabilitation in order to make it more effective and reduce falls or recurrences. Combining the latest technological advances with physiotherapeutic knowledge and practice makes possible to open new doors to forms of treatment. We strongly believe it is going to be a step forward in the rehabilitation process and will be great to use by patients.
