Abstract

La utilización del diagnóstico enfermero sirve para fortalecer con fundamentos científicos la actuación de enfermería en su práctica asistencial y así contribuir a la construcción de unas bases sólidas en el proceso del cuidado. Este proyecto pretende validar el contenido del diagnóstico enfermero Lactancia materna ineficaz, con la finalidad de reafirmar la definición, factores relacionados y/o características definitorias del mismo a través de búsqueda bibliográfica y utilizando el método Fehring para conseguir el nivel máximo de evidencia científica que contempla NANDA-I.
