Dolor lumbar originat per alteracions en el cicle menstrual i les estructures relacionades: diagnòstic i tractament

Abstract

El dolor lumbar és considerat una afectació de causa multifactorial, el qual té una gran repercussió en la societat actual degut a la seva alta prevalença, sobretot en dones. Així mateix, cada vegada hi ha més dones joves que pateixen aquest dolor durant la menstruació. El dolor lumbar i la menstruació són dos disfuncions que es poden relacionar a través de diferents vies. En el nostre treball estudiarem la via musculesquelètica. En aquesta, la cadena lesional s’inicia a l’úter, que provoca la disfunció de les diferents estructures òssies de la zona pèlvica provocant una sobrecàrrega de la zona lumbar donant així la simptomatologia de les pacients. Respecte a la revisió bibliogràfica actual, hem trobat escassa evidencia de la relació musculesquelètica entre les dues estructures, així com en el diagnòstic i en el tractament. Tot i així, amb la informació trobada de les diferents parts que formen la cadena lesional, hem volgut plantejar un protocol d’actuació que esperem doni peu a futures investigacions. El protocol presentat en el treball vol plantejar una valoració i un tractament de les diferents estructures que puguin estar alterades. L’objectiu serà reharmonitzar la funció dels diferents segments afectats i així millorar la simptomatologia de les pacients. Low back pain is considered a multifactorial cause impairment, which has a great impact on society due to its high prevalence, especially in women. In addition, more and more young women suffer this pain during menstruation. Low back pain and menstruation are two dysfunctions that we can connect in different ways. In our work, we study the musculoskeletal way. The lesional chain starts in the uterus, which produces dysfunctions in bone structures of the pelvic zone causing excess load in low pain. This produces the patient’s symptoms. In relation to the current literature review, we found lacking evidence of the relation to musculoskeletals about these two structures, the diagnosis and the treatment. Even so, with the information found about the parts of the lesional chain, we suggest the action protocol that we expect can be investigated in the future. This protocol sets out valuations and treatment of different affected body parts. The objective is to reharmonize the function of the parts and to improve the symptoms of the patients.
