Violencia de género en la mujer inmigrante ‘’Abordaje desde enfermería’’

Abstract

RESUMEN: Actualmente en nuestra sociedad encontramos mujeres que están siendo víctimas de la violencia de género, muchas de estas mujeres son inmigrantes, lo que nos dice, que posiblemente estas mujeres se encuentren en situaciones más desfavorecidas que las mujeres españolas. La mayor parte son las que se encuentran con falta de información y de recursos para poder acabar con este maltrato. En este trabajo se intenta mostrar el abordaje que tiene enfermería, cuando se encuentran frente a una situación de violencia de género en mujeres inmigrantes. La metodología utilizada se basa en una búsqueda literatura en SciELO, Medline/PubMed, Google Académico, que muestran las necesidades de las mujeres inmigrantes que están sufriendo malos tratos, y los recursos que nuestra sanidad les ofrece, los cuales son escasos y no son tan útiles para según que mujer. El objetivo principal es crear una nueva herramienta basada en otras ya existentes, que sea útil para cualquier situación, cualquier mujer, independientemente de su nacionalidad, cultura, creencias y además que todos los profesionales sepan utilizar de forma adecuada esta nueva herramienta para poder acabar con estas situaciones de violencia de género.

ABSTRACT: Currently in our society we find women who are victims of gender violence, many of these women are immigrants, which tells us that these women are possibly in more disadvantaged situations than Spanish women. Most of them are the ones who find themselves with a lack of information and resources to be able to put an end to this mistreatment. In this work we try to show the approach that nursing has when faced with a situation of gender violence in immigrant women. The methodology used is based on a literature search in SciELO, Medline/PubMed, Google Scholar, which show the needs of immigrant women who are suffering abuse, and the resources that our health system offers them, which are scarce and not so useful for some women. The main objective is to create a new tool based on other existing tools, which is useful for any situation, any woman, regardless of her nationality, culture, beliefs and also that all professionals know how to use this new tool in an appropriate way to put an end to these situations of gender violence.
