Impacte psicològic d’una malaltia oncològica infantil en l’entorn familiar

Abstract

RESUM : Introducció - Actualment quan escoltem la paraula càncer aquesta té un gran impacte psicològic i emocional degut a que, tradicionalment aquesta malaltia ha conduït a la mort. Si a aquesta paraula li afegim la paraula infantil aquest impacte es complica. És necessari diferenciar l’impacte psicològic de l’estat emocional ja que són conceptes diferents, el primer es caracteritza per l’estat mental en el qual es troba la persona i l’estat emocional són totes aquelles emocions que sentim. Objectiu - Per conèixer de prop i ser capaços d’entendre la situació en la qual estan exposats els pares durant el procés de la malaltia oncològica infantil els objectius que plantejo són; Analitzar l’impacte psicològic que provoca als pares la malaltia oncològica d’un fill i analitzar si hi ha diferència entre l’impacte que viu la mare i l’impacte que viu el pare. Mètode - La metodologia empreada és de tipus qualitatiu i es recolliràn les experiències dels progenitors mitjançant entrevistes amb un guió pautat. Es considera que l’enfocament de tipus qualitatiu és el més adequat per aquest tipus estudi, ja que aquest em permet analitzar les experiències de les persones a partir del que ells viuen, per tant, és el més pertinent. Es contarà amb la col·laboració de l’Hospital Sant Joan de Déu de Barcelona per ser aquest un centre de referència en Oncologia Infantil ademès de l’ajuda de les infermeres de la planta d’hospitalització que seràn les encarregades de seleccionar als progenitors. L’anàlisi de les dades generades es realitzarà a partir de la transcripció literal de la informació recollida durant les entrevistes i observacions. Objective - To understand myself and able to understand the situation in which the peers are exposed during the process of childhood oncological of a fill causes on the peers and to analyze if there is a difference between the impact that the mother experienced and impact that the father experienced. Method - The methodology used is of a qualitative type and the parents experiences will be collected through interviews with a structures script. It is considered that the qualitative approach is the most suitable for this type of study, since this allows me to analyze people’s experiences based on what they live, therefore it is the most relevant. The collaboration of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona will be counted on for this to be a center of reference in Children’s Oncology, in addition to the help of the nurses on the hospitalization floor who will be in charge of selecting the parents. The analysis of the data generated will be based on the literal transcription of the information collected during the interviews and observations.
