Avaluació i abordatge fisioterapèutic del dolor lumbopelvià en embarassades.

Abstract

RESUM : INTRODUCCIÓ: El dolor lumbopelvià és el més prevalent en les dones embarassades. Entendre tots els factors de risc intrínsecs i extrínsecs que predisposen a que succeeixi a aquest dolor ens facilitarà el fet de realitzar un protocol d’actuació clínica per a la seva intervenció. Altrament, podrem guiar un pla de tractament per millorar l’afectació d’aquest tipus de patologia i tenir unes eines basades en l’evidencia per a poder facilitar aquest tractament. OBJECTIUS: Fer una recerca bibliogràfica amb la major evidencia possible per a poder realitzar un protocol d’actuació clínica del dolor lumbopelvià en les dones embarassades. DIAGNÒSTIC: En la recerca científica de l’evidència en el diagnòstic s’ha observat que es poden dividir en 3 grups: Avaluació sol pelvià, zona lumbar i articulació sacroilíaca. Totes les zones a valorar consten de valoracions amb test neural, articulars, valoracions miofascials i qüestionaris de valoració. TRACTAMENT: En la recerca bibliogràfica del tractament hem trobat una gran varietat de propostes, que ens ha permès poder donar un tractament als a cadascun dels grups neural, miofascial i articular, a part d’un tractament general per a tots. RESULTATS: En la recerca bibliogràfica, hem pogut desenvolupar quin són els mètodes diagnòstics més eficaços, segons la bibliografia, diferenciant per zones i recolzant-nos tant en tests funcionals com escales de valoració. CONCLUSIONS: En la recerca bibliogràfica i pla d’actuació hem cercat tant la patologia com diagnòstic i tractament, en els quals hem conclòs que les actuacions proposades per el tractament d’aquesta patologia són útils per a la reducció del dolor de les dones embarassades. ABSTRACT : INTRODUCTION : Lumbopelvic pain is one of the most prevalent pathology in pregnant women. In order to stablish a clinical performance protocol to treat this issue, we need to understand the intrinsic and extrinsic factores that can lead to it. Meanwhile, we are going to structure a treatment plan in order to diminish the number of women affected by this pathology. For us to be able to do that, we are going to base our tools in evidence to try and facilitate this treatment. OBJECTIVES : First and foremost we want to do a bibliographic research with the most evidence possible in order to establish a clinical performance protocol of lumbopelvic pain in pregnant women. RESULTS : During our bibliographic research, we were able to devlop which are the best methods to diagnose, according to research, differenciating by body areas, including also functional tests and rating scales. CONCLUSIONS : In both bibliographic research and the establishment of the clinical performance protocol we have searched for the ethiology, diagnosing method and treatment, establishing thus far that the protocols we have proposed for this pathology’s treatment are useful and efective in order to reduce this pain on pregnant women.
