El contacte terapèutic disminueix el dolor en el preoperatori de fractura de maluc en la gent gran

Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓ: El contacte terapèutic és una teràpia alternativa i complementària coneguda des de fa segles i consisteix en la imposició de les mans amb l’objectiu d’ influir en els camps energètics que envolten i romanen en el cos humà. Infermeria disposa del NIC 5465, el Contacte terapèutic per atendre a l’individu des de una vessant integral. OBJECTIU: Evidenciar que el Contacte terapèutic com a intervenció d’infermeria durant el preoperatori de les fractures de maluc, en pacients ancians, redueix el dolor aconseguint disminuir les mesures farmacològiques. MATERIAL I MÈTODES: El treball es basa en un assaig quantitatiu amb la finalitat de conèixer si incorporant el Contacte terapèutic com a eina, dins de les intervencions d’infermeria, en el preoperatori de fractura de maluc els valors del dolor en l’escala EVA disminueixen. Aquest estudi esta compost per el grup control, el qual no se li aplicarà el contacte terapèutic sinó que el dolor el tractarà amb mesures farmacològiques. I el grup d’intervenció on s’aplicarà el contacte terapèutic quan el pacient refereixi dolor amb un valor superior a 4 en l’escala EVA. CONCLUSIONS: Realitzar aquest estudi permet evidenciar científicament l’eficàcia del Contacte terapèutic en presència de dolor. Encara que aquest estudi es centra en el dolor, el NIC és pot incloure en qualsevol intervenció infermera amb el fi d’ aportar beneficis als usuaris. Empènyer a incorporar les teràpies naturals dins el sistema sanitari és important per curar des d’una visió holística del subjecte. A més, aplicar aquesta teràpia natural no té cap cost afegit al temps de dedicació.

OBJECTIVE: To demonstrate that the therapeutic contact as a nursing intervention during the preoperative hip fractures in elderly patients, reduces pain getting pharmacological decrease. METHODS: The study is based on a quantitative test in order to know whether incorporating Therapeutic Touch as a tool within the nursing interventions in the preoperative hip fracture values VAS pain scale. This study is composed of the control group, which will apply treatment pharmacological. And the intervention group which applied therapeutic Contact when the patient refers pain to a value of 4 in the VAS scale. CONCLUSIONS: This study can demonstrate scientifically the efficacy of therapeutic contact in the presence of pain. Although this study pain, it can include any NIC nursing intervention in order to bring benefits to users. Push to incorporate natural therapies within the health system is important take care from a holistic view of the subject. Moreover, applying this natural therapy has no added cost.
